We do our best to ensure the information throughout our website is as accurate as possible and that you have all the necessary information to make your ordering simple and straightforward.

The images and descriptions represent a general nature of our products and to assist with ordering, colour, sizes, dimensions and a description of fit (if necessary) have been included for each product. Many items we sell are individually crafted and hand-finished, so there may be differences in the finish which reflects the unique nature of each piece.

We reserve the right to alter the specification of products featured on our website and therefore, will update products accordingly from time to time. We reserve the right to change the availability of products on our website at any time.

A note on colour

We have tried hard to show our products as true to nature as possible, but please be mindful that products may have some differences in tone, colour, hue and texture due to the variations in computer screens and mobile devices.

Due to the nature of small batch, hand printed and made to order garments, colours and prints may be limited or vary.

Pricing

Sometimes, mistakes may occur on products displayed on our website- after all, we are only human! We try our very best to ensure this does not happen, but in the even that it does, we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. We will do our best to ensure any mistakes we have been made aware of are amended as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right alter our prices at any time.

Payment

For us to dispatch your order quickly, the easiest form of payment is by card, however, we appreciate that some customers may prefer another payment method, if this is the case, please do get in touch here

Made to order

We cannot accept amendments or cancellations for products that are specifically made to order. Any other amendments to standard orders should be emailed to us immediately and although we cannot promise, we will do our very best to deal with your request. For further information, please refer to our Returns page here.

Please note, that if you order a product that is ‘made to order’ we cannot begin making the order until payment has been received.

Sizing

We make every effort to provide accurate information regarding garment sizes and you will find this information listed for each product as well as style of fitting such as ‘easy fitting’. A size guide is available here. Garments are made by hand, therefore, there may be some slight variation of size.

Unauthorised use and/or duplication of this material without express and written permission from this website author and/or owner is strictly prohibited and the website’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our website.

All designs are protected by design right and copyright and may not be copied or reproduced in any form without the express and written permission from the owner.

Workshop Bookings

For individual bookings, in order to secure your workshop, full payment is required at the time of booking and can be made online or via a bank transfer and once payment is received, the booking will be secured and you will receive an email of confirmation.

For bigger parties, corporate, workplace wellbeing or school workshops a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining amount must be paid on the date of the workshop. At the time of booking the number of attendees will be agreed and if the attendees do not attend, the final amount due will be the amount discussed.

Workshop cancellation policy

When booking workshops, please do check your diary and ensure you are able to attend. We understand that there may be a change of circumstances and in the event you are unable to attend, we will do our very best to be flexible. Workshop bookings are non-refundable, however, if cancelled within 14 days or more of the booked workshop date, I will do my best to rearrange at a time convenient to you as long as we have availability.

If your booking is cancelled less than 14 days notice, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund at this late stage as it is quite unlikely that we would be able to fill the space at such short notice.

If we need to cancel a workshop

In the event that we should need to cancel a workshop, we will aim to give you as much notice as possible and a minimum of 24 hours notice should circumstances allow. We will try to reschedule the booking for another suitable time, but if this isn’t possible, we will offer a full refund. We will not be held liable for any costs or expenses that you may incur in the event of cancellation by us.
