Order fulfillment

Terms for ordering a product through our website

·        You will be required to pay in full on purchase.

·        Your item(s) will be delivered to the address stated on your original order via Royal Mail.

·        Any loses or damage should be reported as soon as possible.

·        We accept returns within 14 working days after you've received the item. For your return to be accepted, the item must be in an unworn condition.

Orders placed on this website will be shipped via Royal Mail from the UK and invoiced in British Pounds (GBP).

It may take up to 3 working days to process your order, but it takes up to 4 weeks for clothing as each item is made up once the order is received.

I will do my best to ensure, as far as possible, that your order is dispatched within the specified time, however, I cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of my control. I will always try to let you know of unexpected delays.

If you refuse a shipment from Be Gentle Be Fierce, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges that are included on the package and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your refund of the merchandise.

Northern Ireland

  • £5.99 shipping for orders under £75 (up to 7 business days)

Channel Island and Isle of Man

  • FREE Standard Shipping for orders over £75 (up to 7 business days)

  • £10.99 Standard Shipping for orders under £75 (up to 7 business days)

Europe

  • £14.50 Standard Shipping for all orders (up to 10 business days

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Whilst, at Be Gentle Be Fierce, I strive to make my garments, homewares and artwork with love and with care, I understand, there may be times when you need to return an item. My main aim is for you to be happy with your purchase and my service and to love what you receive as much as I loved making it, if however, you need to return an item, please see my returns policy below.

RETURNS POLICY

I am happy to accept returns on unworn garments and homewares in original unwashed condition within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. I would advise you to return items as tracked or ‘signed for’ as I am unable to accept liability for lost parcels.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

EXCHANGES

If your item is ‘off the shelf’ and hasn’t been made to order and you would like to exchange it for another item if available, please get touch here.

Please note that garments are made to order rather than in advance unless otherwise stated. Please ensure upon ordering that you check the sizes as unfortunately, I am unable to offer a refund on made to order garments.

REFUNDS

If returning an item, please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be processed from the date it was received back to me.
