This Indian block printing workshop is a slow and grounding exploration of pattern, rhythm, and touch. Rooted in an ancient textile tradition, block printing invites us to work with repetition and imperfection—allowing each print to unfold naturally, one press at a time.

In a calm, welcoming space, you’ll learn the basics of hand block printing using carved wooden blocks and fabric inks. I’ll guide you gently through the process, encouraging you to trust your pace, embrace small variations, and enjoy the meditative quality of printing by hand.

No experience is needed. This workshop is designed for those looking for a creative space to slow down and enjoy the art of block printing.

There’s no rush and no pressure—just time to explore pattern, play with color, and connect with a centuries-old craft in a modern, supportive setting.

You’ll leave with your own hand-printed paper and fabric items and a deeper appreciation for slow making, intentional design, and the beauty of work made by hand.
